Points to Consider
• Please submit your application and remit registration fees on the same day.
• Please pre-register before the due date as the pre-registration page will be closed after deadline.
• Cancellation of Registration can be processed Until phone or e-mail before Oct 16th (Sat), 2021.
• Please indicate your bank account for the refund of cancelled registration fees. Cancellation made after Oct 16th (Sat), 2021 will not be reimbursed.
• Note: Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM.
Refund Policy
• Refunds can be made if a refund is requested within 7 days from the date of payment.
• During the early-registration period: 100% refund
• After the early-registration period until 7 days before the event: 75% refund
• Within 7 days of the event: All refunds are not available
